laras    : Yes. Please, come in and have a seat.

Ade      : Thank you, sis .

laras    : So, your name is ade , right?

Ade      : Yes, that is right, Sis.

Laras    : Very well, my name is laras. I am the head of the human resource department of this hotel company.

Ade      : Nice to meet you, Sis.

Laras    : How are you this morning, Ade?

Ade      : I’m perfectly fine, Sis. Thank you, and how about you?

Laras    : I’m fine too. Thank you. So, do you know what we are going to do, Ade?

Ade      : Yes, Sis. I was emailed and called by phone in order to have a job interview session from this company three days ago. So, now here I’m going to be having an interview job session with you.

Laras    : Very well. Can you tell me about your self, Ade ?

Ade      : My name is ade .  I’m 21 years old. I graduated from one of gunadarma university . I took management as my major. I love cooking and browsing . cooking and browsing  both improve my health mentally and physically.

laras    : You applied to be our Junior Hotel Manager. Do you have any experience of this job?

Ade     : No, Sir. I am a fresh graduate. This is my first time to apply a full time job.

Laras    : What makes you decide to apply for Junior Hotel Manager position?

Ade      : I think Junior Hotel Manager is an appropriate job position for me. I find it attractive and interesting as well. Due to the management major I took, I’m sure that my skills and talents will be conducive to this company’s success. I can also see a bright future of my career by joining this company.

laras    : Very well. So, what is your strength and weakness point?

Ade      : My strength is my cheerfulness, my carefulness, my strong will to learn new things, and my skill to work under pressures and as a team. My weakness is my phobia of dark.

Laras    : Well, it was a great time to have a little talk with you, Sinta. We will announce the result of your interview in a week. Thank you for coming here.

Ade    : Yes. Thank you, Sir.

I                       : Good morning, sir !

Manager          : Good morning !

I                       : I’m coming to ask you for a job, sir.

Manager          : Take a seat, please !

I                       : Thank you, sir. Is there any vacancy for me, sir? I’m unemployed right now.

Manager          : I want only one driver of a car or a truck.

I                       : I can drive either of these vehicles. I’ve got a B license.

Manager          : Have you ever been experienced in driving before?

I                       : I have, sir. I have enough experience for a bus driver. So, I’m perfect in this position, sir.

Manager          : How many years have you been a driver?

I                       : Seven years, sir.

Manager          : I’m looking for an energetic and healthy young man that used to work hard.

I                       : I got used to work hard before, sir.

Manager          : Have you brought with you your identification card?

I                       : Yes, sir. Here you are !

Manager          : Right, The job is yours. Please come at the end of this month !

I                       : Thanks a lot, sir. Good-bye, sir.

Sebagai makhluk hidup, komunikasi sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Karena komunikasi adalah anugerah dari Tuhan, dengan berkomunikasi kita dapat bersosialisasi. Dengan komunikasi yang baik kita dapat berinteraksi dan bersosialisasi pada orang-orang disekitar kita. Dengan berkomunikasi kebutuhan kita akan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan satu sama lain dan kita dapat menjalankan peran kita sebagai manusia. Komunikasi yang baik akan berpengaruh pada hubungan yang baik.

Dalam dunia bisnis, komunikasi yang baik sangat diperlukan. Agar bisnis yang dijalankan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Dalam dunia bisnis terdapat bermacam-macam komunikasi untuk dapat mencapai suatu tujuan bisnis. Masing-masing negara mempunyai bahasa tersendiri dalam berbisnis. Contonya, di Indonesia kita menggunakan bahasa Indonesia untuk dapat berkomunikasi dan di Inggris menggunakan bahasa inggris dalam berkomunikasi. Dalam berbisnis kita juga harus menguasai bahasa inggris agar komunikasi kita lancar dan bisnis kita juga lancar.

Dalam komunikasi bisnis kita juga harus berkomunikasi dengan baik. Kita tidak boleh melanggar norma-norma yang berlaku dalam dunia bisnis. Seorang komunikator yang baik harus memiliki beberapa alat komunikasi agar komunikasi yang dilakkan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan tidak ada hambatan. Dalam berkomunikasi kita juga harus menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dipahami dan dimengerti, jangan menggunakan bahasa yang rumit dan sulit untuk dimengerti.

Dalam dunia bisnis sekarang ini, kita juga harus menguasai bahasa inggris bisnis. Karena bahasa inggris bisnis ini mempelajari tentang cara kita berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan bahsa inggris. Apabila kita berbisnis dengan warga negara lain kita harus menguasai baha inggris bisnis, jika kita tidak menguasainya kita akan terhambat dalam berkomunikasi dengan warga negara lain. Dengan kita mempelajari bahasa inggris kita dapat mencapai tujuan kita dalam berbisnis.
